Race is on for next week at Goldbar!

9km classic (all the Goldbar trails)

Hi!
We're going to have to postpone tonight's race. I'm in Quebec and there's not much info out there about the race. Also, there's been quite a bit of racing recently around town and elsewhere.

Definitive cancellation: it is -21 with no windchill and -26 with. Unfortunately a bit too cold to race!

Looking like a cold day tomorrow. We may be forced to cancel if it's below -20. :( Look for updates tomorrow.

Correction: Wednesday's race
February 5th.
For some reason it felt like Tuesday today.

Tomorrow's race is at GOLDBAR.

Too icy at the range, conditions much better at Goldbar.

7:30pm start Skate Team Sprint.

So the City of St. Albert removed the snow on a large portion of Liberton Hill! This means that we can't have a race there next week-so there will be another location change.

February 5th
Possibly Strathcona Science Park (depends on snow-we lost a lot), possibly Goldbar.
Skate team sprint. (Two person relay)
7:30 pm mass start start.

Because of this we will have the February 19th race at the Upper Riverlot in St. Albert. It will be a classic 8km individual start. More details to follow.
